1995 Fall Conference

Theme:  The central theme for the 1995 conference is how the 
Information Superhighway or National Information Infrastructure and 
related information technology can best be integrated with education.   
Various other issues of interest to computer educators will also be covered.


Location:  The 1995 conference will be held at the InfoMart, one of the
nation's premier showcases for computer and information based technology.  
The recommended dress for this year's conference is "Business Casual".

Hotel:  Arrangements have been made for conference attendees to stay at
the Stouffer Renaissance Dallas Hotel, one of the premier hotels in the
area.  To ensure your  reservation at $55 (single) / $65 (double), the
Stouffer must receive your reservation by August 27, 1995.

Directions:
		InfoMart - From Stemmons (I-35) take the Oak Lawn exit.
		Stouffer - From Stemmons (I-35) take the Wycliff exit.

Check it out for the latest conference information.  You will find 
general ACET information and additional items pertaining to the 
conference including links to some of our presenters, sponsors, 
participating schools, and things to see & do in Dallas.  In the future 
we wish to make the ACET web site be a repository and clearinghouse that 
supports computer education and our membership.  Plans for the future 
include links and libraries for DACUMs, course syllabi, school hardware 
lists, textbook usage & reviews, etc.  Please send your comments,
