Registration Rates:
The registration fee includes entry to: Keynote Speaker; Invited Luncheon Speakers; Papers, Poster/Demonstrations, Best Practice Sessions, and Corporate Sessions; Thursday and Friday Luncheons; Refreshment breaks, and Vendor Exhibits.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrant requests for refund of registration fee will be considered if a written request is sent postmarked by the early registration date. No refunds can be issued for requests postmarked after the early registration date. Refunds are subject to $25 cancellation fee; there are no refunds for non-attendance.
